LOGO Community Support Services provides nurturing support in all areas of the Twin Cities. We work alongside community members who could use navigation assistance with obtaining and/or maintaining quality housing. We work through housing instability with our community members using culturally responsive engagement that provide action planning, barrier removal, and connection to resources.

Eligible Members
A member is eligible for housing stabilization services if they meet all of the following needs-based criteria:
• Be on Medical Assistance (MA)
• Be 18 years old or older
• Have a documented disability or disabling condition
